Fitness instruction

Single session:

This will be a one on one session with a personal trainer and client we will be focusing on full body work outs anaerobic and weights. This is ideal for losing weight, gaining muscle and for your general well being. We will be doing exercises at your pace. There is an option of pay as you go or a block of 10, 20 or 40 sessions.
A healthy balanced meal plan is included.

Couples session:

this will be the same as the single sessions but you can have your partner or friend join the session and do exercise together. Option of pay as you go or block of 10,20 or 40 sessions are available.
A healthy balanced meal plan is included.

Classes:

This is a group activity class you can join in with the choice of anorobic, hiit training and exercise to music. It will be on set days of the week. Ideal for if you like to be active together as group.On going sessions.
